Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Operations

    • Lead and manage a team of 5 persons (supply chain executive and warehouse operators)

    • Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team

  • Production & Supplier Coordination

    • Coordinate daily operations with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery

    • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and suppliers for artwork validation and production approval

  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

    • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or production issues

    • Handle escalations and customer complaints, ensuring fast and effective resolution

  • Product Launch & Project Coordination

    • Support the launch of seasonal and custom products

    • Coordinate timelines, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for successful execution

  • Inventory & Procurement Management

    • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory replenishment

    • Apply best practices such as Kanban, 5S, and lean inventory management

    • Source suppliers and request quotations based on customer requirements

  • Cost Control & Margin Optimization

    • Track supplier pricing and ensure accurate costing and margin control

    • Manage procurement profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Printing Technology, or related field

  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, production coordination, or operations

  • Experience working with vendors, or order fulfillment processes

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce or operations environment

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems / ERP tools is a plus

  • Knowledge of printing production workflows, prepress, or artwork processing is an advantage
