Gogoprint was conceived with the objective to make printing and design more accessible for all SMEs. We believe everyone should have access to low prices and fast delivery! As a tech company, we are focused on developing technology and algorithms that bring us closer to our mission. Our state of the art website provides an easy way for customers of all sizes to order online, while our intelligent production algorithms aggregate orders in the most cost-efficient manner, and subsequently place those bulk orders into the marketplace.
Ordering printed materials used to be difficult and time-consuming. Our technology makes it easy! We work with hundreds of partners and serve thousands of customers every month.
We’re now operating in 3 countries (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) with an international team of 60+ people, and we are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to help us grow our business.
Job requirements
As the Manager, Supply Chain at Gogoprint, you will lead our supply chain strategy to ensure the efficient and seamless flow of materials and goods across our e-commerce printing operations. You will optimize our supplier relationships, streamline logistics, and implement technology-driven processes to support our goal of delivering high-quality products quickly and cost-effectively. This role is ideal for an innovative supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and is motivated by data-driven decision-making.
Job Description:
Develop and implement a supply chain strategy that supports Gogoprint’s mission to deliver low-cost, fast-delivery printing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliable service.
Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and engineering, to align supply chain goals with broader company objectives.
Identify and onboard new suppliers to support the expansion of our product portfolio and geographical reach.
Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers across Malaysia, and Singapore.
Optimize shipping routes, delivery schedules, and cost structures to support our competitive pricing strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues in real time, minimizing impact on customer satisfaction.
Identify cost-saving opportunities within procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Proven experience managing suppliers and logistics
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management software and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Knowledge of Southeast Asia’s supply chain landscape or printing industry is an advantage.
