Position Summary
The Senior Sales Executive directly contributes to revenue growth at Gogoprint. You will look after a pool of elite customers, with whom you will nurture a strong relationship by anticipating and serving their needs and providing valuable support and advice.
Job requirements
Key Account Management
- Regularly check in with your key accounts to explore their current and future needs, and gather their requirements
- Build and maintain a close relationship
- Support key accounts with their orders, as required
- Advise and guide customers on their printing requirements and suitable products
- Grow the average spend and frequency of top customers, by cross-selling other products in Gogoprint’s large portfolio
- Maintain clean information in Gogoprint’s CRM and ERP systems
Closing
- Handle inbound leads from business customers
- Identify their requirements and offer suitable products/solutions
- Onboard new leads/customers by presenting Gogoprint, its products and key selling points
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, pleasant personality, service-minded, responsible, results-oriented, disciplined
- Excellent English
- Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
