Position: Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive

Compensation : Salary + Commission 30,000 - 90,000 THB

Office Location: Spring Tower, 11th Floor (BTS Ratchathewi)

Hybrid work arrangement: High performances can fully WFH

Job Description:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets to increase company sales volume.

• Conduct proactive outreach to establish and strengthen relationships with business customers in Thailand, building a reliable and loyal client base.

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential leads within target markets.

• Handle inbound leads, ensuring responsive and professional communication with all business customers.

• Present Gogoprint’s products and unique value proposition effectively to prospective clients.

• Gather and understand customer requirements via phone and email, providing guidance on printing products to meet their needs.

• Prepare and deliver customized quotations based on customer specifications.

• Negotiate terms and close deals to secure business.

• Accurately record all interactions and sales information in the CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with the production team to manage timelines, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager to support overall team objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
