Job description

  • Analyse calls of sales and customer service teams across South-East Asia in Thai & English
  • Coach sales and customer service teams


  • Education: At least Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience: 
    • 3 years or more in telesales is preferred
    • 1 year or more experience in coaching and training individuals or groups is a plus
    • 1 year or more as quality analyst or trainer is a plus
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Proven track record if outstanding sales performance and skills (in both English / Thai)
    • Proven track record as a sales trainer (in both English & Thai)
    • High responsibility and high motivation
    • Excellent verbal, analytical and communication skills
    • Advantageous, but not required is experience as a telesales quality analyst
    • Very good English skills
