Job description
Position Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading regional growth (TH, SG, MY) in online customer acquisition and long-term revenue from Gogoprint’s marketing channels. The individual will have a strong impact on overall group performance.
This position will offer you a chance to:
Develop and execute Gogoprint’s performance marketing strategy
Grow customer acquisition and increase retention
Increase ROI and directly contribute to the company’s growth
Work in a fast-paced and international environment
Report to and work closely with Gogoprint’s CEO
Your Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Drive customer acquisition and hit growth targets
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (& agencies) across multiple markets & businesses in SEAsia
Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize ROI
Scale new channels (e.g. Social Media ads)
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance
Contribute feedback to rest of the marketing and product teams for conversion rate optimization
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
Budget Management:
Develop and manage performance marketing budgets for multiple markets
Allocate budget to maximize cross-channel and cross-market ROI
Maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including product & data team to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
Work with creative team and freelancers to ideate and brainstorm on creative assets
Reporting:
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on performance marketing metrics
Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making
Job requirements
Your Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in growth marketing in e-commerce, marketplace, startups
Proven experience in developing and executing digital growth strategies, with a focus on performance optimization
In-depth knowledge of SEM and social media advertising
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills (demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data)
Data-driven skillset to analyze, optimize and drive efficiency of CAC/LTV. Proficiency in data analysis or business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Sheets / Excel, etc)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (open to challenges, flexible)
Up to date on latest online marketing developments & best practices
An experienced part-timer / freelancer, used to balancing competing priorities and effectively allocate time between clients while meeting objectives and deadlines
Min. Bachelor’s, preferable Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math or related field. Advanced degree is a plus
