Job Summary
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will take charge of booking deliveries through various logistics portals when direct API integration isn’t available. The ideal person is a tech-savvy individual with experience in managing orders for third-party logistics companies. Your ability to navigate these platforms efficiently will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Job requirements
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Support inventory checks and stock takes; report discrepancies or low stock levels.
Assist in labeling, sorting, and storing inventory appropriately.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth fulfillment of customer orders.
Handle goods returns and assist with restocking.
Assist with special product launches (e.g., seasonal items) by preparing necessary materials.
Support basic administrative tasks related to warehousing and stock control.
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is an advantage, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work (lifting, moving boxes, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (e.g., for inventory recording).
Punctual, responsible, and a strong team player.
Willing to work flexible hours when required (especially during peak seasons).
