Position Summary 


The Country Manager (CM) manages the day-to-day operations for Gogoprint’s Malaysian and Singaporean markets, and leads strategic projects that drive the top- and bottom-line. The CM oversees the supply chain, sales, customer service and design teams, operates with autonomy, and has the potential to significantly shape the company’s growth trajectory.

Your Responsibilities / Goals

  • Drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, profitability.

  • Expand Gogoprint’s production capabilities (in-house and outsourced) with a focus on profitability and turnaround times.

  • Lower operating costs, launch better and more affordable products / services, offer faster delivery lead times and excellent customer support, etc.

  • Maintain and improve the quality of products, services, customer support and other retention strategies.

  • Manage the sales teams, drive retention and grow revenue. Ensure sales targets are met.

  • Develop, plan and execute a strategy and relevant action plan for the local market(s), in line with Gogoprint’s broader vision and strategy.

  • Identify opportunities and potential for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner.

  • Build, lead and motivate an energetic and results-oriented team – in particular the local operational teams (supply chain, sales, CS, design).

  • Deliver measurable results and ensure regular reporting of your actions and results.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external) – in particular key suppliers.

  • Support and collaborate with other teams within the Gogoprint Group (e.g. development, marketing, etc.) and drive group initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in operations / supply chain, with skills to take on a general management role. Additional experience in sales is a plus  

  • A seasoned manager, with deep knowledge of the SG and MY market(s)

  • Obsessed with customer satisfaction

  • Able to define a relevant strategy and action plan for the SG and MY markets

  • Results-oriented with strong business acumen

  • Proven track record of pursuing revenue and profitability growth

  • Analytical and structured, with good project management skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills

  • Independent, disciplined and proactive team player

  • Min. Bachelor’s, ideally Master’s degree in business / supply chain management 

  • International experience / exposure is a plus
