Primary Purpose: Process all new hire paperwork. Administer sick leave, disability and vacation programs. Administer the Service Award Program. Respond to employee, administrative staff, and management inquiries for above processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative work related to time-sheet reporting, leaves reporting.
- Perform administrative work related to employee’s benefit programs.
- Issue Invitation Letter and Announcement for all employees.
- Handle work permit and visa for employees through BOI
- Prepare salary detail for payroll and calculate commission
- Coordinate with private health insurance company
- Any assigned by Head of department
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- At least 2 year-experience in C&B
- Knowledge of Visa and Work permit is must
- Fluent English, both speaking and writing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized and able to multi-task to complete projects on time.
- Willing to learn and take on responsibility.
