HR Executive

Job description

Primary Purpose: Process all new hire paperwork. Administer sick leave, disability and vacation programs. Administer the Service Award Program. Respond to employee, administrative staff, and management inquiries for above processes.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative work related to time-sheet reporting, leaves reporting.
  • Perform administrative work related to employee’s benefit programs.
  • Issue Invitation Letter and Announcement for all employees.
  • Handle work permit and visa for employees through BOI
  • Prepare salary detail for payroll and calculate commission
  • Coordinate with private health insurance company
  • Any assigned by Head of department


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • At least 2 year-experience in C&B
  • Knowledge of Visa and Work permit is must
  • Fluent English, both speaking and writing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Well organized and able to multi-task to complete projects on time.
  • Willing to learn and take on responsibility.
