  • Moving APAC's US$ 81bn Printing Industry Online with the vision to make printing easy and frictionless in Asia Pacific
  • Ordering printed materials used to be difficult and time-consuming. We make it easy! Gogoprint’s marketplace connects printing providers with a large pool of SME and corporate customers
  • We are a venture capital funded eCommerce startup currently entering the stage of rapid growth and expansion
  • Now operating in five countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia) with a 120+ people team and headquarter in Bangkok


Your tasks

1. Operations

  • Manage regional accounting & finance teams and third parties to which functions have been outsourced
  • Maintain appropriate management accounting, consistent across all entities and aligned with Gogoprint Group
  • Implement operational best practices
  • Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions

2. Financial reporting

  • Generate accurate and timely budgets, forecasts and operational performance reports
  • Report financial results to the board of directors with emphasis on key performance variance drivers


3. Processes & controls

  • Work with cross-functional business units to determine financial control points over relevant business processes
  • Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes and leading any process and cost improvement projects
  • Construct and monitor reliable control systems

4. Funding & treasury

  • Monitor cash balances and cash flow forecasts
  • Assist with debt and equity financing


5. Financial analysis & planning

  • Direct and control the budgets
  • Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget
  • Develop financial and tax strategies

6. Risk & Compliance

  • Monitor all open legal issues involving the company
  • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
  • Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations



Your profile:

  • High motivation and commitment to work

  • Absolute reliability regarding the level of details
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, accuracy, timeliness, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of international and Asia specific accounting and taxation principles
  • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance experience
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills, Thai is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience coordinating with other offices in a cross-region company preferred
  • Financial experience in e-commerce company preferred
  • CPA, CA or similar certificate is advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience in using and implementing common accounting systems (SAP, Netsuite, Xero etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills
