Customer Service Officer

Job description

The position is very important in terms of company image and this person should have a strong service mind, problem solving skill, adaptability skill, and sense of responsibility in every tasks. This person should be eager to learn new things, and also come up with the possible solutions when we found problems or got complaints from customer.


Job Description:

  1. Be responsible for inbound phone inquiries and outgoing calls regards products, follow-ups, and status on orders

  2. Provide general information relating to Gogoprint’s product & how to place an order over the phone

  3. Respond to email and live chats inquiries

  4. Proactively communicating with customer

  5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as logistics, production, sales team, accounting and all related departments to support customer orders and requirements

  6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  7. Handle customers' inquiries positively and professionally

  8. Handle customer quality concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure timely resolution

  9. Have a sense of positive judgment and be able to take ownership

  10. Going above and beyond to make each customer happy

  11. Other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Requirements

Knowledge

  • Education background: minimum Bachelor degree in any field

  • Technical knowledge: printing knowledge is plus

  • Certificate

  • Language: proficiency in both Thai and English (TOEIC 750 and above is plus)

Experience

  • Must have experience / functional expertise 

  • Experienced in customer service or call center of at least 2 years

  • Coordinating experience

  • Supervisory / managerial experience 

  • Preferred or related industry: printing industry / e-commerce industry
