Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Responsible for the delivery schedule of orders to ensure delivery of goods to customers.
Update the relevant parties on delivery status.
Handle customers' inquiries positively and professionally.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Proactively communicating with customer services and the sales team.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Production and all related departments to support customer orders and requirements.
Experienced in Customer Service, Call Center at least 1 year
High motivation and absolute reliability
Good command in Thai and English, both writing and speaking
Service minded and ability to work both efficiently and effectively under pressure
Good interpersonal and coordinating skills
Work well both of team and individual.
