Customer Service Officer

Job description

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Managing orders, invoicing and documentation

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Responsible for the delivery schedule of orders to ensure delivery of goods to customers.

  • Update the relevant parties on delivery status.

  • Handle customers' inquiries positively and professionally.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Proactively communicating with customer services and the sales team.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Production and all related departments to support customer orders and requirements.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Customer Service, Call Center at least 1 year

  • High motivation and absolute reliability

  • Good command in Thai and English, both writing and speaking

  • Service minded and ability to work both efficiently and effectively under pressure

  • Good interpersonal and coordinating skills

  • Work well both of team and individual.

  • Nationality : Thai only
