Gogoprint was conceived with the objective to make printing and design more accessible for all SMEs. We believe everyone should have access to low prices and fast delivery! As a tech company, we are focused on developing technology and algorithms that bring us closer to our mission. Our state of the art website provides an easy way for customers of all sizes to order online, while our intelligent production algorithms aggregate orders in the most cost-efficient manner, and subsequently place those bulk orders into the marketplace.
Ordering printed materials used to be difficult and time-consuming. Our technology makes it easy! We work with hundreds of partners and serve thousands of customers every month.
We’re now operating in 3 countries (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) with an international team of 60+ people, and we are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to help us grow our business.

Responsibilities:
Answering customers through emails, Whatsapp, Facebook and tickets on a daily basis
Supporting 2 countries: Malaysia and Singapore
Passing leads to the sales team when a customer is ordering a lot or asking for a custom job
Collaborating with other departments regarding complaints through our complaints dashboard that will have to be correctly completed to ensure a smooth understanding of the issue for the other departments
Identifying and relaying recurrent issues to find a long-term solution and avoid those issues to happen again
Job requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
100% customer oriented while following our processes
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good problem solving and organisation skills
Result oriented, self-motivated and good people management skills
Knowledge of Zendesk and Magento would be a plus
