Your Role


Gogoprint is seeking a Creative Content Manager. We are looking for someone who understands the value of our company and our brand guidelines to creatively conceptualise new and engaging content for our social media, website and CRM channels (newsletter, LINE). This person will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to create content in various formats for different objectives.


Reporting to the CEO and marketing manager, this position works very closely with the performance marketing team and manages various freelance content creators. 


Content management and content creation is your bread and butter. You will oversee the entire process of content creation end-to-end across 2 - 3 different markets (with a strong focus on the Thai market).



Key Responsibilities


Creative concept development

  • Brainstorm ideas and develop original concepts (scripts, storyboards, mock-ups) that connect with our target audience

  • Develop briefs to outsource the production and post-production of content to freelancers and/or agencies

  • Test and iterate on different content styles (e.g. humorous, informative, professional

  • Covers assets (video, banners and other visuals) for social media, CRM channels (newsletter, LINE), and website (marketing-related assets, e.g. campaigns, promotions, new announcements, explainers etc.)


Project management

  • Manage timelines and resources to deliver content on schedule and within budget

  • Manage freelancers / agencies for production (photo / video shoots) and post-production (editing / retouching)

  • Coordinate with in-house teams (marketing, product) for feedback on briefs and performance

  • Monitor content performance and draw up lessons learned

  • Coordinate closely with all teams to identify priorities and resolve bottlenecks


Brand control / QA

  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards

  • Ensure alignment and consistency in terms of brand style and voice

Job requirements

  • Thai national, with proficiency in English (spoken & written)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content management / agency

  • You’re a storyteller, with a creative and original approach to content. You can provide art direction, design and optimization of assets

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, local trends, and audience behavior. You will adapt content to ongoing trends in a timely manner

  • Experience managing or creating content for your own or others’ social media channels

  • Basic editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.) are an advantage

  • Understanding of Thai consumer culture and preferences

  • Highly proactive, independent, and action-oriented

  • Growth mindset, willing to try new things and learn

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong portfolio of short-form marketing videos, ideally for e-commerce or consumer brands
